About
TAILS is an all-volunteer, non-profit charitable organization based in Westport, CT. We support the spaying/neutering of cats and dogs locally and beyond, concentrating in our home area of Fairfield County.
With no paid staff, we can put every dollar donated directly to saving animals! On a mere $65,000 Annual Budget, TAILS assists people and animals with spay/neuter funding and services, facilitated by a host of multi-faceted volunteers.
Our volunteer Board of Directors each average over 15 years of animal welfare experience, bringing diverse skill sets to support all aspects of the TAILS mission.
We rely upon donations – both monetary and those of goods and services – from individuals and businesses to support our spay/neuter initiatives, and can credit the generosity of community members for the success of our programs.
